Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the accounting details and activities related to real estate and asset leases, ensuring compliance with accounting standards like ASC 842
• Review and analysis of corporate spend vs budget
• Assist Regional Controller with preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
•  Analytical review of the operations from a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow perspective
• Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements Including Analytical Review
• Recording of journal entries required to reflect monthly activity
• Completion of month-end close process to ensure accuracy of accounting records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA Preferred
• 4+ years experience either in public accounting or industry
• Lease accounting experience or experience with ASC 842 required
