Opportunity: 
Client Operations Manager role is designed to take ownership of core operational infrastructure across a growing wealth management platform. This individual will lead key processes across client onboarding, trading support, reporting, CRM development, and compliance while helping build and improve scalable workflows across the firm.

Responsibilities:
– Lead client onboarding, including account setup and documentation preparation
– Execute and support trading activity, including portfolio adjustments and initial investments
– Serve as the point of contact for insurance and annuity administration and related processes
– Manage billing support, including account setup, audits, and cash monitoring
– Evaluate and improve internal workflows, implementing scalable operational processes
– Support compliance efforts, including documentation, filings, and audit readiness
– Prepare and distribute client performance reporting and maintain data integrity across systems
– Oversee CRM workflows and enhancements, driving efficiency through automation
– Coordinate marketing execution including communications, campaigns, and event logistics

Qualifications:
– 3–7 years of experience in wealth management operations, financial services, or related field
– Experience working with custodial platforms such as Schwab or similar
– Familiarity with performance reporting systems (e.g., Black Diamond, Addepar, or comparable)
– Strong CRM experience with workflow development and process automation
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through
– High attention to detail, organization, and commitment to accuracy
– Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
