REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergrad in Accounting
• CPA
• Upstream experience
• Managing internal and outsourced teams
• Private Equity experience preferred

DUTIES:

• Oversee all accounting including revenue, joint interest billing, general accounting, and financial reporting.
• Serve as a strategic leader bringing extensive experience in the E&P sector ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementation of best practices in accounting.
• Manage both in house and outsourced accounting resources.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth and operational goals.
