External Reporting Specialist

This position is responsible for preparing certain quarterly and annual reports that support our SEC filings. The position has primary responsibility for preparing disclosures related to our quarterly and annually financial statements and information for Earnings Release.   Duties include coordinating the financial statement calendar, questionnaires as well as the preparation of various disclosures. The candidate must be able to research disclosure issues and work directly with the Controller, Assistant Controller and auditors.
Responsibilities may include:

• Completion of assigned disclosures for the company’s quarterly SEC reporting on Form 10-Q and annual reporting on Form 10-K
• Coordination of certain annual questionnaires and associated training.
• Compile information for Earnings Release
• Assist with Master Limited Partner External Reporting

Basic/Required:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• BA in Accounting
• 4+ years financial reporting or public accounting experience, heavy senior or new manager B4 preferred
• Excellent research, analytical and organizational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

• CPA
• Experience with Workiva, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
