Financial Reporting Analyst
20% target bonus plus LTI

Assist with the preparation of external financial filings (10-Q, 10-K)
Perform general ledger reporting associated with stock-based compensation,
successful efforts PP&E asset, reserves, derivatives and asset retirement obligations
Perform reconciliations and variance analysis for G/L activity
activities
Assist with preparation of consolidated financial statements
Prepare workpapers and assist with external audit requests and internal SOX compliance
Research technical accounting issues and provide accounting policy considerations
Assist with providing support during due diligence process on equity offerings, debt offerings,revolving credit facility redeterminations, project financing, and joint venture agreements
Requirements
Bachelors in Accounting; Masters a plus
3-5 Years oil and gas industry or public accounting (CPA preferred)
PowerBI experience is a plus
