Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for SEC reporting, including preparation and review of filings and disclosures.
• Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Support corporate accounting, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

• CPA required
• 6+ years of SEC reporting experience
• Public accounting background (Big 4 or national firm strongly preferred)
