Opportunity:

• Support preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (Form 10-Q and 10-K)
• Prepare and perform detailed tie-outs of financial statements and related disclosures
• Develop complex Excel workbooks and schedules to support financial disclosures
• Contribute to internal monthly close reporting packages
• Coordinate and collect detailed financial support from cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Accounting
• CPA or progress toward CPA a plus
• 1–2+ years of relevant experience (internships or work experience in public or corporate accounting)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement components
• Interest in SEC reporting and financial disclosures
• Strong Excel
