Lead –  Accounting Transformation

Some responsibilities:

• Right hand to the Corporate Controller
• Will be creative in reimagining the systems, workflows and division of responsibilities currently in place.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement as well as designing and implementing effective accounting processes, policies and controls to ensure high-quality financial reporting and practices.
• Design and implement an internal control framework to monitor, communicate, remediate, and prevent deficiencies.
• Assist in M&A accounting, quality of earnings, including providing support for technical accounting conclusions and working with valuation specialists.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or working towards
• Public Accounting / Public company background
• 5-8 years of accounting experience
• Strong systems ideally with integration experience
