Opportunity:
Plant Controller role supporting a growing manufacturing business in transition, focused on stabilizing operations, improving inventory accuracy, and driving profitability. This position will take ownership of plant-level financials and partner closely with operations to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and build structure in a lean environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own plant financials including reporting, general ledger, and internal controls
• Lead cost accounting and inventory management, including variance analysis
• Partner with operations to monitor performance and identify cost drivers
• Drive process improvements across financial reporting, inventory, and systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development
• Enhance NetSuite usage and reporting capabilities

Ideal Profile:

• 10–15 years of progressive experience as a Controller
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Demonstrated, measurable impact on company financial performance and operational improvements
• Experience working within small to mid-sized businesses 
• Career history demonstrating exposure to multiple organizations while maintaining consistent tenure and steady professional progression.
