Responsibilities:

• Oversee teams responsible for revenue accounting and operations, including performance management and development of career progression.
• Drive adoption of new ERP system (Workday).
• Oversee the month-end revenue accounting close, including reviewing and analyzing revenue and accounts receivable.
• Implement automated workflows. Develop and implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding and increase cash collections, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for optimization. 

Requirements:

• 10+ years in revenue accounting & experience managing other leaders 
• Workday Financials experience or ERP system implementation exp.
• Title insurance, insurance or professional services experience.
• Credit Card transformation experience preferred
