Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee accurate and timely statutory financial statements for all legal entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Intercompany & consolidations.
• Financial analysis and interpreting financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Identify areas for process improvements, automation, financial reporting and accounting system optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on statutory reporting and intercompany accounting.
• Experience in both public accounting and publicly traded companies, with a solid understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
