Senior SEC Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, etc.)

• Compile and review supporting schedules from business units

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting under GAAP and SEC guidelines

• Collaborate across departments for data gathering and due diligence

• Support disclosure implementation for new accounting standards

• Review XBRL tagging in filings using Wdesk

• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with ad hoc reporting projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• CPA (active or eligible) preferred

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or SEC reporting

• Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC requirements

• Wdesk/Workiva+

• Proficiency in Excel
