Sr Associate – Investment Accounting

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Variety of work including investor reporting, communicating with deal team, financial statements, cash management, capital analysis, tax reporting, very little journal entries. Serves as a reviewer of analyst activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Group responsible for investor requests, financials, tax rptg, investor mgt, and treasury.
• Prepare reports and review ad hoc capital call and distribution, quarterly and annual reporting packages, and other Fund related schedules.
• Communicate with the deal team to ensure approvals, cash mgt, determine if cash flow is adequate and understand when capital is coming in.
• Partner with deal team and respond for investor requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• CPA
• Big 4 Audit experience at the Manager level or combination of Big 4 and private equity
• Strong performance reviews and excellent communication
• Private equity experience a plus
