Sr. Mgr. FP&A(Upstream oil & gas industry)
20% bonus target 

• Will report directly to CFO-very well respected and have placed many people under this CFO.
• Will be a key member of leadership team.
• Hybrid schedule WFH Mon & Fri.(can work 9 HR days Mon-Thurs & 1/2 day Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models 
• Identify trends and variances impacting financial results
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual management and financial results reporting
• Lead Treasury and cash management activities, including communications with 3rd party banks
• Support business development opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, or finance is required, MBA preferred
• Twelve + years of progressive finance experience in the upstream oil & gas industry.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Spotfire, and / or Power BI for data analysis and visualization
