Tax Director

• Extremely stable, well-established, growing company
• Direct exposure to CEO, Board, and investors (K-1s, analyses, planning, regulatory matters)
• Small department with potential growth to VP of Tax
• Great w/l balance and flexibility- hybrid schedule: WFH 2 days/week + ½-day Fridays
• Manages 1 direct report and third-party support
• 30% bonus + 40% LTI, 6% 401(k) match, 4–6% profit sharing
• Paid downtown parking

Key Duties:

• Manage the preparation and review of federal and state corporate and partnership income tax calculations to be included within the company’s tax return filings.
• Assist with the annual, detailed review of the partnership’s K-1 forms distributed to investors.
• Prepare annual and quarterly federal and state income tax accruals in accordance with ASC 740.
• Manage one Tax Accountant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA, 7+ years Big 4 or equivalent
• Partnership experience (publicly traded partnerships or someone from another MLP)
