Tax Manager

• High visibility role: Will be true right hand to the VP of Tax with lots of exposure to CEO, CAO, CFO, and VP of Corp Development
• 30% bonus target

Role:

• Primarily focused on managing outsourced tax compliance workstream and deal work for publicly traded investment firm.
• Provide structural advice on investment transactions with emphasis on equity investments structured as partnerships (LLCs) and C corporations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA, Masters in tax or J.D. desired
• 7+ years of partnership and corporate taxes, U.S. federal, and state
• M&A experience
