Tax Supervisor/Tax Manager

  Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all company tax operations, including filings, compliance, and planning strategies

• Oversee the preparation and submission of federal, state, and local tax returns (in-house and via external providers)

• Act as liaison with tax advisors, auditors, and government agencies

• Track tax law changes and assess their impact on the company

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all tax reporting requirements

• Manage tax audits and support resolution of related inquiries

• Support M&A activities and other strategic transactions from a tax perspective

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting 
• 4 + years of progressive experience in a fast paced, high growth environment
• U.S. federal, state and local reporting and strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporation
• Strong Excel
• CPA
