Public accounting/industry mix- with 10 years of experience, CPA is a must 

Corporate Accounting type experience (technical type background-equity, acquisition & divestiture, goodwill) as well as budgeting and forecasting

Education, Experience & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Accounting or Finance
• Experience: 10 yrs of relevant work experience
• CPA certification
