Alyssa joined Talance Group in 2017 and is a Talent Advisor on our F&A Contract team. She stumbled into and embraced the staffing industry over 10 years ago and has loved it ever since. Alyssa has experience with larger international firms as well as smaller privately owned firms giving her a broad understanding of all aspects of the industry. Her recruiting experience encompasses Finance & Accounting, HR, and now IT. She believes that relationship building is the number one driver for overall success in this field.
