Deana joined Talance Group in late 2017 as a Senior Business Development Manager. She started her recruiting career in 1999 with a local firm known for their outstanding training program & exposure to top industry professionals. Here she placed PhD Economists and got her feet wet in the energy industry. In 2005, Deana joined a firm with a national footprint focused on placing Controllers & CFOs in interim projects across all industries. She fine-tuned her consultative approach in this role, which she credits as being the backbone to her success. Deana later joined another firm and focused on the contract/consulting placement of Accounting/Finance professionals at all levels, further expanding her substantial Houston network and being recognized as a Top Producer for six of eight years.
