His financial analysis industry experience has helped him successfully recruit top talent in this arena. He’s deeply passionate about recruiting as it enables him to help bridge the gap between talented individuals and organizations. He’s always eager to connect with new professionals and forward-thinking companies. Erick is an avid runner and has completed multiple half-marathons and is working to compete in the Boston Marathon one day soon.
