James is an Executive Recruiter who holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies and a Minor in Criminal Justice. He proudly served his country in the US Army within both Infantry and Civil Affairs military occupation specialties and is still in the Reserves today. During active service, James was deployed to Afghanistan, Germany and Kazakhstan, where he gained exposure to and appreciation for people of all kinds and other cultures. His training as a Civil Affairs Specialist taught him how to build a network of contacts, develop long term relationships and negotiate contracts around transporting and protecting both physical and human assets. These skills have translated seamlessly into his recruiting career and finding highly sought-after Accounting and Finance talent for our clients!
