Jeff joined Talance Group in February 2009. He has over 18 years of recruiting experience for corporations as well as within the search industry. Currently, Jeff recruits accounting, finance, tax, and risk professionals from CFO to staff level within the Houston area. Prior to joining The Talance Group, Jeff worked in recruitment for Paul Ray Berndtson (a global executive search firm), Ernst & Young and managed a recruiting team at Exult (now Hewitt). Jeff holds a Degree in Finance from Texas Tech University and worked as a credit analyst in banking before transitioning into recruiting.
