Jennifer was born and raised in Southern California and started her career in recruiting in Houston in 1999. She has been recruiting specifically in Accounting and Finance in Houston, Texas since 2006 and with Talance Group since 2010 after working with many of her Talance Group colleagues previously. She feels she is best known for genuinely caring about making the right match for both her candidates and clients and is very relationship-driven. She has created a niche in placing candidates out of Public Accounting into industry with a special emphasis on the E&P Accounting sector.
