McKenna is a CPA and holds Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She began her professional career at Ernst & Young in the Assurance practice, working on integrated audits of both private and Fortune 500 public clients in the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry in Houston. After five years, McKenna left public accounting to pursue a career in the private sector. At Talance, McKenna serves as the Director of Finance, analyzing the financial performance of the company and ensuring the integrity of its internal reporting.
