Taylor DePierri is an Executive Recruiter of Accounting and Finance at Talance Group. She has always been passionate about helping people and listening to their needs and wants, which she successfully brings to her recruiting role, along with extensive experience working in Assisted Living. Prior to joining Talance Group, Taylor worked as a Family and Resident Coordinator at Avanti Senior Living where she supported the nursing and professional staff while promoting a positive atmosphere and organizing events for the residents. Taylor also worked as a Customer Service Advisor at JCPenny’s where she led the customer service team in enhancing the customer experience. In her free time, Taylor enjoys running, skiing, and attending and coordinating events for organizations and groups.
